Hello friends! We are kicking off this month with a little gratitude challenge for our family and would love for you guys to join on in with us! For the next 30 days we are getting back in the swing of daily gratitude! There is nothing that makes budgeting, saving, paying off debt and practicing some patience easier on a family than a little positive mindset. Focusing on gratitude is a sure fire way to get your brain into a positive mindset and help you achieve your biggest goals. This one little daily change is proven to shift your mood, your energy, and has a drastic effect on your life over time.
Our family has set some big goals this year including buying land and building our home in cash. (Read more about that here!) Each month that goes by gets us closer to that goal, but man, the past few months have really been hard focusing on the end goal. Right now in the midst of all the chaos comes the biggest need for us to focus on the good to help us stay on track.
So here we go! Download the free positive mindset gratitude challenge printable PDF below and get started!
Gratitude, Positive Mindset & Your Goals
Practicing gratitude each and every day really forces you to put things in perspective. When you start focusing on the positive that is going on around you, it really takes your focus off all the negative. Focusing on the negative serves absolutely. no. purpose. in moving you forward with any goal you set for yourself.
21 Days To Form A Habit (Plus a few extra days for good measure!)
We all hear that it takes 21 days of doing something consistently to make it a habit. Print out this Gratitude Challenge PDF and keep it somewhere you see it everyday. For the next 30 days, write in 1 thing you are grateful for each day. It can be big or it can be small! A grateful, positive heart comes from finding joy in the small things!
After 30 Days
After 30 days of practicing gratitude and finding the positive in your daily life, stop and think if you feel any better. Do you feel happier? Are you seeing the glass half full instead of half empty? Are you feeling more motivated about your goals?
It is quite strange how acknowledging the good in your life… and physically writing down 1 thing you are grateful for….can have such a drastic impact on your life. It is this amazing ripple effect into other aspects of your life!
